Mike Sullivan has vast experience in building highly successful teams. From leading elite teams at top organizations to coaching championship football, he has seen firsthand the impact of values-based leadership.
In 2025, Mike completed his Executive Coaching Certification and founded Clashmore Partners, with a mission to empower leaders of all backgrounds and levels to expand their influence within their organization. Infusing the heritage of leadership he learned early on in his personal and professional life, Mike leads with purpose and curiosity, inspiring others to find their unique leadership style and unlock their full potential.
